But research everything first and make sure it's what you want for him. If you're going to stick with NB, just leave the food down. He'll eat it. He won't starve himself. Don't worry about it, he'll eat when he's hungry enough and get used to the food. The reason he's not eating it is because cheap brands contain addicting fillers, some contain sugar, but I'm not sure about the brands you named above. So just stick with it.
