I just bowled for the first time in five years and, almost redundant to say — I sucked. I got a couple strikes in the beggining of the game, but after that I just got gutters and 1-pin hits.
I don’t know what I’m doing wrong really. I try to throw straight, it goes diagonal into gutters. When I focus a bit, it goes a bit further than before, but only to yet again end in either a gutter or barely hit one pin. When I DIDN’T focus (in the beggining), I got strikes..
Tips please? Preferably from the experienced.
well i dont know if im the type of experience you want cause im only 15 but i average 192. But the one main thing you want to do is keep you eye on the middle arrow never take your eyes off of it then keep u your shoulders straight and on ur swing bring ur arm straight back and then bring it straight forward and follow through your swing.
