I currently use a 12lb ball and I want to get a little bit of extra power or speed behind it. Anyone have any workouts or tips for my technique to get that power and speed?
Yea speed can hurt you. It is your release and spin that makes the pins fall down like a piece of cake. Watch the pros and see how they release the ball. Your thumb should actually come out first and your two fingers roll off the ball to give it that nice spin.
