I want to learn how to bowl with the "spinner" technique. Does anyone know a good website with lots of help? Or, does anyone just know about it and can tell me anything, like what type of ball would be best? I know the weight should be around 11-12 pounds, but is any plastic ball ok? I’ve been searching google for a while now, but I can barely find anything very useful…
