I am looking for techniques to sand wooden bowls?

The bowls are mounted so can be rotated at 700-1000 rpm.

Use sanding sponges available at home depot, lowes, harborfreight.com etc. There are many different thicknesses, grits and sizes. great for sanding contoured objects.
