Is it safe to smoke off cake decorating tips?

Me and my friends use cake tips as bowls for smoking, but are they bad like smoking out of foil

LOL you are asking if the tips are "safe, but yet you are ingesting something like pot, cocaine, rock, meth etc? I’m sorry I’m rolling on the floor laughing.
