im kind of a beginner bowler and im going to start throwing one knuckle (fingertip) and im wondering what ball i should get. im not going to throw a huge hook .. just a slight one. any suggestions?
The hook has nothing to do with the ball…..take a house ball with a conventional drilled holes and you can make it hook…….the right drilled ball will only make it easier….the trick is to try to keep holding the ball with your two fingers after the thumb comes out…..lock those fingers in to holes and actually try not to let them come out of the hold after the thumb comes out…..they will snap out and but the spin on the ball to create the hook…….a finger tip drilled ball has the thumb actually drilled out to make this easier on you……check with a local house pro or someone that drills ball!!
