I’m Bowling in a tournament coming up. There is a male bowler, bowling in this tournament also who is a 200+ average bowler. He is going in with a 160 average because he did’nt bowl last year. How is this fair to the other bowlers in the tournament?
If those are the rules of that tournament, then don’t compete. It will be difficult to beat him if he is handicapped at 160.
This is probably not an ABC sanctioned tournament, else he would come in with no handicap.
